Our hamburger patties are made using our signature Heritage hamburger grind which is a proprietary whole cow grind made fresh in our butcher shop. Want to grill at home? You can find packages of Hamburger Patties in our food market freezer.

Twice a week, on Friday and Saturday mornings, we serve made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuit breakfast sandwiches. Choose from our signature beef sausage patty, Heritage brisket, or nitrate free bacon. Locally roasted coffee available. Contact Us by Wednesday for bulk breakfast sandwich orders.

It’s Denison Texas barbecue made with real food ingredients. Cooking with chemical free, real food ingredients used to be the way all food was prepared. Sadly, it has become a rarity. We are excited to bring honest, real food to Denison, Texas because real good food makes you feel real good!

Our menu was created by chefs that have worked in some of the best farm-to-table restaurants in DFW. We are always looking to elevate the flavor of a dish using simple, high quality ingredients and techniques.

We partner with small Texas farms who provide us with the meat and vegetables for our restaurant and home-made pickles.

Similar to our nose-to-tail butchery commitment, we are a no-waste kitchen, creating a sustainability practice that honors the dedication of our food producers. Our restaurant containers, side boats, to-go containers and to-go cups are biodegradable and compostable.
